Do you offer nightly cleaning?
Yes. Nightly janitorial service is one of our most requested commercial schedules. We clean after your team goes home so the building is ready before the first employee badges in, and we confirm completion so you are never guessing whether the crew showed up.
Do you clean while employees are working?
We can, and for some facilities it is the better arrangement. Day porter and occupied-hours cleaning works well for restrooms, breakrooms, lobbies and common areas in busy buildings. We work quietly, stay out of your team’s way, and coordinate around meetings, production schedules and customer traffic.
Can you clean warehouses?
Yes. We clean warehouse office areas, breakrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, entryways and open floor space, along with high dusting, hard floor care and trash removal. Warehouse scopes are written specifically around your traffic patterns, dock activity and safety requirements.
Can you provide supplies?
Yes. We can supply and restock consumables — paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, liners — or work entirely from supplies you stock yourself. Supply responsibility is decided at the walkthrough and written into the proposal so there is never confusion about who is buying what.
Can you work weekends?
Yes. Weekend cleaning is a normal request from retail stores, churches, medical practices and offices that cannot be disrupted during the week. We build the schedule around your operating hours, not ours.
Can you clean medical offices?
Yes. We clean medical and dental offices, clinics and professional practices with attention to touch point disinfection, exam room turnover, waiting areas, restrooms and waste handling per your office policy. We follow your facility’s protocols and any procedures your practice requires of vendors.
Can we schedule a walkthrough?
Yes, and it is free with no obligation. Every commercial proposal begins with an on-site walkthrough. We tour the facility with you, measure the real scope, ask about your problem areas and previous vendor issues, then build the proposal from what we actually saw rather than a phone estimate.
Do you provide customized proposals?
Always. There is no commercial price list, because a 3,000 square foot professional office and a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility are not the same job. Your proposal is written from your square footage, restroom count, floor types, cleaning frequency, business hours, security requirements and any special conditions in your building.
